Ball valves and butterfly valves have a wide range of applications and occupy a significant share of the industrial valve market. Second, the oil film formed by the grease can provide stable sealing protection. The oil film can prevent the penetration of pipeline media and achieve a zero-leakage usage effect in both directions. When the sealing surfaces of traditional hard-sealed valves are worn out over time, the sealing performance will continue to decline, and the equipment will experience internal leakage and reduced pipeline pressure. The lubricated rotary plug valve will not have such problems. Workers only need to replenish the grease to restore the valve's sealing performance and keep it in a stable sealing state for a long time. High-quality rotary plug valves can withstand a maximum pressure of 64 megapascals and a temperature of 325 degrees Celsius. Their adaptability to working conditions is far superior to ordinary general-purpose valves.

For flammable and explosive media such as natural gas and refined oil, the requirements for valve sealing are extremely high. The rotary plug valve is an excellent choice for such usage scenarios.
