ZZJG Valve was founded in 1981. After more than 40 years of development, it has become a professional valve manufacturer with a registered capital of 103.18 million yuan and an area of 36,000 square meters. The plant area is 36,000 square meters, with 220 employees, including 40 engineering and technical personnel (12 senior titles, 28 intermediate titles), 150 technicians, and 30 management and sales personnel.

Production Technology

The company currently has more than 50 horizontal lathes, shot blasting machines, valve pressure testing equipment, spraying lines and paint baking equipment.

Product parts are processed by advanced CNC machine tools to ensure the interchangeability of valve parts. The company has a complete set of precision casting production equipment, complete physical and chemical measurement, experimental equipment and testing methods, as well as CAD electronic computer-aided design, to ensure the high quality of the valve.

Raw materials:
1. Metal materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, alloy steel, copper, aluminum, etc.;
2. Non-metal materials: plastic, rubber, ceramic, graphite, etc.;
3. Sealing materials: graphite, tetrafluoroethylene(PTFE), silicone rubber(SR), nitrile rubber(NBR), EPDM, etc.

Quality Control

ZZJG VALVE has three major steps for quality control:

1. Formulate quality control documents: ZZJG VALVE formulates quality control documents for raw and auxiliary materials according to standard specifications, and clarifies the technical indicators, sampling batches, testing methods and other requirements for raw and auxiliary materials entering the factory.
2. Factory inspection: After the raw and auxiliary materials enter the factory, they should be sampled and re-inspected in accordance with the current standard requirements, adhere to the principle of "inspection first, then use", and raw and auxiliary materials that have not been inspected or failed the inspection shall not be used.
3. Sampling self-inspection and third-party inspection: Raw and auxiliary materials are sampled and self-inspected according to the current standards, and sent to third-party testing agencies for inspection in accordance with relevant standards.
